We take great care in capturing representative imagery of all the finishes and fabrics we use. Sometimes, due to individual computer display settings, colour variation and individual lighting conditions, it is difficult to ensure that what you see on your monitor will be identical to the actual product.

Yes - all prices shown include VAT.

Price of delivery will be provided at check-out.

Our shipping charges are simply based upon either a product's cubed or dead weight (we use the heavier for the calculation.) These prices are always in accordance with charges from our couriers. If you are looking to purchase multiple items, please contact us for the best price on items and shipping.

To protect our customers, we only offer shipping to the cardholder's address (verified during the transaction.)

We take payment when you place an order tosecure your goods. Secured payment is taken through cards such as Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard.

We aim to dispatch your order the next working day.

Products are shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.

When your order ships, we will issue you with a tracking number - allowing you to track your order on the relevant courier's site. We'll always email you after shipment (please check your email junk folder and let us know if you haven't heard from us.)

You certainly can if you are in Stockholm, Sweden. Let us know if you plan to visit and we make sure to welcome you to our warehouse. Since we are online-based a 2 hours notice is needed.
